Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes

• 1 tablepoon milk
• 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon to sprinkle over the crust
• 500g fresh strawberries, cut in half or quarters depending on the size
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup ground almonds
