• 4 tbsp Olíva! Smoked Chaabani Olive Oil
• 2 ½ tbsp Olíva! Pineapple White Balsamic
• 2 tbsp Wozz! Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Chutney
• 1 ½ tbsp Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 2 medium sized avocados
• 4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small red onion, finely diced
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
• 2 limes
• 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
• ½ tsp cumin
• 3 tbsp cilantro, chiffonade
• 12 6" corn tortillas
