Ingredients

• 1 lb bacon
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 can (4 oz can) diced green chiles
• 8 eggs
• 1/3 cup crema Mexicana or sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup queso quesadilla, shredded
• 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
