Beetlejuice Dinner - Rachel Tritsch

Ingredients

• 15-20 thawed, fresh shrimp (shell and tail on)
• 1 celery stalk, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, diced
• 1 lemon, cut in half
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tbs parsley
• 1 tbs thyme
• 1 tbs dill
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tsp salt
• medium box of noodle (I used black and white striped bow tie noodles)
• 15-20 wooden kabobs
• small jar of Alfredo sauce
• cocktail sauce to serve
• small glass bowls for cocktail sauce
