Broccoli & Leek Pasta with Lemon Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb of Rigatoni or similar pasta
• 2 leeks, diced
• 1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
• 1 lemon & zest
• 2 tbs of Olive Oil
• 1 tbs of Butter
• 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
• 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, finely cut
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup of Parmesan
