• 1 cup of fresh or frozen spinach
• 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of cream
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• Butter, q.s.
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 2 scoops of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of mashed potato
• 1 saffron tube
• Nutmeg
• Salt and pepper
