Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 2 gallons water
• pinch salt
• 2 live lobsters - 1 1/4 pounds each
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon Fustini’s Delicate SELECT olive oil
• 1 shallot, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons Brandy
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Salt and white pepper
• 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
