• 150 g chestnuts mushrooms (finely diced by hand (save 4 for the topping))
• 200 g lamb mince
• 1 onion (finely diced)
• 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
• ½ red chilli (deseeded and diced)
• 1 red pepper (deseeded and finely diced)
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• Pinch ground allspice
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
