  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons ice water
  • 2½ cups fresh or frozen blackberries (about 15 ounces)
  • 1¼ cups sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
