The Pie Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 1/2 cup hazelnuts or pecans (or a combo)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut Into pieces
• 1- nine inch pie shell, par-baked
• 1 & 1/2 pounds wild blueberries
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• pinch kosher salt
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• juice and zest of 1 small lemon
