Palak paneer recipe: spinach and cottage cheese curry

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons oil
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
• One big bunch of spinach
• Paneer 10 to 15 cubes
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons cumin seed
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 large tomato pureed
• - salt to taste
