• 150 g Squid Tubes (cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces)
• 1/3 tsp White Pepper
• 1/2 tbsp Spring Onions (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli (chopped)
• as required Oil
• as per taste Salt
• 1/4 cup Maida (Plain Flour)
• 1/8 cup Cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 Egg White (small)
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1/2 tbsp Oil
