• 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) cornstarch
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 6 egg yolk, omega 3
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) GAY LEA - Spreadables Regular, cold
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) orange zest, finely grated
