Ingredients

• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 3 large field mushrooms, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 1 x 425g canned pink salmon, drained
• 3 eggs, beaten
• ½ cup cream
• 2 tablespoons chopped chervil (or parsley)
• 100g feta, crumbled
