This off-the-cob Mexican street corn dip is loaded with smokey, Southwest flavor from Tulkoff's Spicy Chipotle Chili Aioli.
Ingredients
- 5-6 ears of Corn, shucked
- 1/3 cup Tulkoff Spicy Chipotle Chili Aioli, per taste
- 1/3 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled (queso fresco will also work if cotija not available)
- 3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
