Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups (675 mL) Canadian milk divided
  • 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) water
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 10 oz (300 g) whole wheat rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) chopped broccoli florets(1 large bunch)
  • 8 oz (250 g) Canadian Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
  • 2 cans (340 g) water-packed flaked tuna drained
