- 1 large onion, cut into large pieces (about 8)
- 1 medium tomato, cut into large pieces
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
