• 1/2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
• 1 lb. ground pork
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
• 1/2 red onion
• 1 carrot
• 1/4 cilantro
• 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
• 4 cups cooked rice
