• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup rum
• 1 tablespoon yeast
• 1/3 cup warm milk
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• pinch salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• SYRUP:
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup dark rum
• 3/4 cup apricot glaze
• 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced
• 1 cup whipped cream
