Vegetable White Gravy - Sorak

Ingredients

• 3 Teacup Water
• 1 Piece Pumpkin, White-Green Cut, wash and boil
• 1 Piece Cucumber (Kakhdi) Cut, wash and boil
• 1 Medium Chillies Green Cut, wash and boil
• 1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Cut, wash and boil
• a Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Cut, wash and boil
• As Required Salt to taste
• 1 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice
• 1 Teacup Garam-Masala Mix
• 1 Tablespoon Ghee For seasoning
• 1 Medium Onion Slice and fry for seasoning
• 1/2 Teacup Milk or coconut juice
• 1 Teaspoon Flour, Wheat - (Atta) Mix
