Ingredients

• 1/3 cup butter
• ¼ cup cold water
• 200g carrots, peeled and sliced
• 350g potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 3 Sprigs of fresh thyme, chopped
• 1500ml lamb stock
• 600g lean lamb chops, on the bone
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 onion, sliced
• Salt and Ground Black Pepper
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
