• 2 lbs. winter squash (roasted)

• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup dry toasted pumpkin seeds
• 1 1/2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon butter or oil
