• 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 3/4 cup drained amarena cherries, coarsely chopped
• 3/4 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chunks
