Ingredients

• 16 (3 to 4-inch diameter) portabella mushroom caps
• 2 lbs HOT ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE
• 2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
• 1 c fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
• 1 lb cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 c olive oil
• 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
