• 3-5 medium onions, sliced in thin crescent shaped slices
• 1 lb. fine noodles
• 5 eggs
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
