• 2 ½ cups flour
• 1 ½ cups castor sugar
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• Pinch salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 extra large eggs
• 1 ½ cups oil
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• ½ - 1 bottle pink liquid food coloring
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 250g butter
• 3 - 4 cups icing sugar
• 2 tablespoon milk
• 1 tub Lancewood cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
