- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bags spinach or 2 bunches chard, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 8oz ricotta or fresh goat cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3oz parmesan or pecorino, grated
- 6oz or 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (Granor's SRW AP is perfect)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
