• ¾ cup onions - finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• ½ cup powdered milk
• salsa
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon salt
• salt and pepper
• shredded cheddar cheese
• sour cream
• 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
• remaining package taco seasoning mix
• tomatoes
• ¾-1 cup warm water
• water
