• 540 ml Morello cherries in their juice
• 398 ml Bing cherries in their juice
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) quick-cooking tapioca
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250 ml) brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) rolled oats
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
