Biltong (Original Recipe) – McGuire's Recipes

Ingredients

• 2.5 pound Round eye roast (See notes below)
• 1.5 tsp whole coriander
• 25-28 g Kosher salt (coarsely ground sea salt (NOT iodinized) (about 2 Tbl))
• 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
• 1/2 tsp granulated garlic (optional)
• 1/2 c Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
