Ingredients
- 170g self-raising flour (gluten-free self-raising flour is okay too!)
- 30g cocoa powder
- 120g caster sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200ml soya or nut milk
- 80ml sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the icing:
- 325g icing sugar
- 50g cocoa powder
- 60g vegetable fat (i.e. Trex or a Stork solid block Coconut Oil)
- 60g dairy-free margarine (Naturli Organic Vegan Spreadable is palm oil-free!)
- 20-30ml soya or nut milk
