Tin Fish & Rice recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 2 tins pilchards in tomato sauce @luckystarsa
• 1 big onion
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
• ¼ teaspoon aradh
• ½ tablespoon ginger garlic
• 4 curry leaves
• 2 potatoes - peel and cube into medium pieces
• A small piece of aamli (tamarind)place in some boiling water for about 10 minutes. Mix and strain and keep aside.
