- 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- 1 15 oz. tub of ricotta
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella plus 1/2 cup for topping
- 1 egg
- 1-2 T Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped spinach
- salt and pepper
