• 1 cup warm water
• 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced into small chunks
• 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped finely
• 1/4 cup baking soda
• 4 cups water
• Fresh rosemary, sprinkled on top
• Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
