- 5 ½ LB ofpork of your choice (neck is recommended, I used a Pork loin joint with fat on)
- 4 TBSP ofbrown sugar
- 4 TBSP ofsweet soy sauce (Kepac Manis) (i prefer Kecap Manis)
- 1 TBSP ofmolasses
- ½ cup ofhoney
- ½ cup ofHoisin sauce
- 4 TBSP oflight soy sauce
- 4 TBSP ofdark soy sauce
- 6 TBSP ofShaoxing wine
- 1 TSP ofChinese five spice seasoning
- 1 TSP ofred food colouring
- 2 TBSP ofwhite miso paste
