Ingredients

• 1 large chicken breasts, whole,bone in
• 3 quart(s) chicken broth(i used my own but store bought is fine!)
• 2 large carrots, cubed
• 2 stalk(s) celery ribs,diced
• 1 small onions, yellow, medium,diced
• 2 clove(s) garlic,minced
• 1/2 cup(s) parsley, italian,chopped
• 1 package(s) spinach, frozen,chopped
• 1/2 cup(s) romano cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper,or to taste
• 2 medium bay leaves, dried
• 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
