• 1/2 c Dry white wine
• 2 1/4 lb Asparagus
• Black Pepper freshly ground
• 1 1/4 c Arborio rice
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1 Onion
• 1/2 ts Meat extract
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt
