These sticky buns are made with a tangzhong dough for a soft fluffy bun. The topping of maple, bacon and pecans makes them a wonderful salty-sweet breakfast treat.

- g unsalted butter. melted and cooled slightly

- tsp salt
- tsp cayenne or chipotle powder
- tsp ground cinnamon
- tsp ground allspice
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch salt
- tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- tsp chipotle or cayenne powder
- g pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
- slices of bacon cooked until crisp and crumbled
