Ingredients
- 2 sachets of Yutaka Miso Paste
- 50ml water
- 20ml sake (rice wine)
- 1 ½ tbsp Yutaka mirin
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- Sliced ginger (keep some aside for the garnish)
- 2 fresh mackerel steakes
