Tofoo Tandoori Kebabs - Tofoo

Ingredients

• 1 block Tofoo, cut into kebab dices
• 1 red onion (optional)
• 1 courgette (optional)
• 1 yellow pepper (optional)
• 2 flatbread / naan breads
• 2 large red chillies for garnish
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
• 2 tsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• ½ tsp salt
• Juice of ½ lemon
