Codfish in the pressure cooker - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 1.5 kg deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
• 1 green pepper cut into strips
• 1 red pepper cut into strips
• 2 large sliced onions
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 2 ripe tomatoes (skinless, seeded, diced)
• 1 bunch of chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper
• 800 g peeled potatoes (in 1 cm slices)
• Olive oil
• 100 g pitted black olives
