- 5 ml/1 tsp salt
- 2.5 ml/½ tsp baking powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml/3½ fl oz/½ cup white wine
- 25 g/1 oz/1 tbsp butter
- 10 ml/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2.5 ml/½ tsp ground cumin
- salt and black pepper
- 8 olives, pitted and cut in half
- 225 g/8 oz/2 cups plain (all-purpose) flour
- 5 ml/1 tsp plain (all-purpose) flour
- 5 ml/1 tsp sugar
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
- a handful of raisins
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
