Ingredients

• 2/3 pound cylinder shaped rice cake (about 30 pieces)
• 2-3 sheets fish cake
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 1/2 onion
• 200 ml heavy cream
• 200 ml milk (any kind works; I used low-fat milk)
• 1 Tbsp red pepper paste
• 1-2 Tbsp red pepper flakes (depending on your desired spice level)
• 1/2 cup broccoli
• 2 sheets cheese (mozzarella, cheddar etc )
• Optional: 3-4 slices pork belly or bacon
