Ingredients

• 1/2 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1 (10 oz.) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• black pepper to taste
• 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• Grilled steak of your choice (I used sirloin)
