• 1 can Middle-cut tinned fish
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon jeera seeds
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• 2-3 Grated tomatoes
• Chilli powder
• dhania (coriander)/jeeru (cumin) powder
• Aminas Fish and Prawn Masala or any other fish masala
• Freshly crushed garlic
• Fresh lemon juice
• Chopped dhania (coriander)
• Chopped curry
