- Mrs Crimble’s Breadcrumb or Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix (150g)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 (400g pack) gluten-free good-quality pork sausages
- Salt and freshly milled black pepper
- 4 eggs – boiled for 8 minutes then cooled, peeled and dried
- 1 egg beaten to use as a batter
