• 14 oz cod filet, skinned and boned
• 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 small onion, julienne
• 1/2 red bell pepper, julienne
• 1/2 green bell pepper, julienne
• 1 small bulb fennel, julienne
• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 14 ounce/400 gram can tomato puree
• sea salt
• black pepper
• pinch white sugar
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon, juiced
