• 600 g deep-frozen soaked cod loins Riberalves
• 1 small savoy cabbage
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 4 dl of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of vinegar
• 2 chilli peppers
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 vegetable bouillon cube
• Salt and pepper q.b.
