• 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) icing sugar
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk, hot
• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) unsalted butter, cut into cubes and softened
• 9 oz (250 g) milk chocolate, melted and cooled
