- 1 cup all-purpose flour (128 gram)
- 1/3 cup butter (75 gram)
- 1 cup of milk (245 ml)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of cream (470 ml)
- optional: splash of rose-water
- 1 cup white caster sugar (200 gram)
- red food coloring
- 1 cup strawberries
